Berlin/ CSU-Generalsekretaer Alexander Dobrindt laechelt am Sonntag (04.03.12) in Berlin im Kanzleramt auf einer Pressekonferenz zum Schwarz-Gelben Koalitionsausschuss. Der erste Koalitionsausschuss nach vier Monaten ist am Sonntag in Berlin in demonstrativer Harmonie zu Ende gegangen. Nach zweieinhalb Stunden verkuendeten die drei Generalsekretaer der Parteien der schwarz-gelben Koalition im Kanzleramt grundsaetzliche Einigung zu verschiedenen Themen, die in "guter Kameradschaft" erreicht worden seien. 德國政府稱各成員國申請救助基金仍需提供擔保

[柏林] 德國政府發言人賽伯特周一表示，歐元區各國在為其銀行申請歐元救助基金援助時，政府仍需提供擔保。賽伯特指出，國家提出申請，拿到救助款項，就應該由國家提供擔保，不論是目前的歐洲金融救助基金EFSF，還是將來的長期歐元穩定機制ESM都是如此。而此前，ESM負責人、德國人雷格林則作出了相反的表述。他說，如果救助款項是直接提供給某國的銀行，國家則無須提供擔保。
