9月18日晚，佛教维权人士妙觉法师和另外一位维权人士刘沙沙在陈光诚所在的村口，遭遇近二十位看守的暴力阻截，除身上财物被洗劫一空，他们还被分别被劫持到山东莱芜和荷泽市境内的村庄。目前又有多名网友再往临沂，继续进行"探望陈光诚"活动。

陈光诚出狱一年后仍被软禁

9月9日，是山东盲人维权律师出狱一周年纪念日，他出狱后，中国当局依然对他及全家严密监控，在此期间他们遭受暴力殴打。国际人权机构前线执行主席劳勒呼吁国际社会敦促中国政府无条件释放陈光诚。

盲人维权律师陈光诚女儿就学被阻

9月份，中国各学校已经开学。出狱后一直被软禁的山东盲人维权律师陈光诚的女儿陈克斯，依然无法就学。日前多位维权人士前往山东临沂，到当地教育局为陈克斯争取"教育权"。

再给马英九送上陈光诚妻子的信

台北今日召开记者会，就山东维权律师陈光诚在出狱后全家被限制自由及遭受毒打和虐待一事，再次递交陈光诚妻子袁伟静于2009年致马英九的信，吁请马英九关注陈光诚一家的境况，兑现人权承诺。
