恐怖袭击

恐怖活动以制造大量伤亡、破坏以及动荡社会为主要目的,并以宗教或政治为主要诉求。通常表现为针对平民的大规模伤害、袭击公共交通工具和绑架等形式,是一种较极端的非对称作战方式。
