国际红十字会一名发言人周一表示,该组织将致力于达成叙利亚停火,目前,红十字会正在与该国政府及反对派接洽,首要任务是在冲突最激烈的地区实现停火,以便向平民提供救援。
目前,叙利亚政府军依旧在持续进攻反对派大本营霍姆斯市。反对派人士称,政府军近期又增派了部队前往霍姆斯,并且开始大规模搜索住宅。另据人权组织的消息,仅在周一一天,叙利亚冲突又造成了15人身亡。
