巴基斯坦和伊朗向阿富汗总统卡尔扎伊许诺,"全力支持"喀布尔政府同塔利班进行和平谈判。三国领导人今天(2月17日)在巴基斯坦首都伊斯兰堡举行会谈后发表一份共同声明。巴基斯坦总统扎尔达里和伊朗总统艾哈迈迪内贾德在声明中承诺与卡尔扎伊合作。卡尔扎伊总统此前在《华尔街日报》刊登一篇采访中证实,美国和阿富汗已开始同塔利班启动秘密谈判。塔利班方面则很快予以驳回。塔利班在网上发表一份声明称,永远不会同喀布尔"傀儡政权"和谈。
