9月18日晚，佛教維權人士妙覺法師和另外一位維權人士劉沙沙在陳光誠所在的村口，遭遇近二十位看守的暴力阻截，除身上財物被洗劫一空，他們還被分別被劫持到山東萊蕪和荷澤市境內的村莊。目前又有多名網友再往臨沂，繼續進行"探望陳光誠"活動。

陳光誠出獄一年後仍被軟禁

9月9日，是山東盲人維權律師出獄一周年紀念日，他出獄後，中國當局依然對他及全家嚴密監控，在此期間他們遭受暴力毆打。國際人權機構前線執行主席勞勒呼籲國際社會敦促中國政府無條件釋放陳光誠。

盲人維權律師陳光誠女兒就學被阻

9月份，中國各學校已經開學。出獄後一直被軟禁的山東盲人維權律師陳光誠的女兒陳克斯，依然無法就學。日前多位維權人士前往山東臨沂，到當地教育局為陳克斯爭取"教育權"。

再給馬英九送上陳光誠妻子的信

台北今日召開記者會，就山東維權律師陳光誠在出獄後全家被限制自由及遭受毒打和虐待一事，再次遞交陳光誠妻子袁偉靜於2009年致馬英九的信，籲請馬英九關注陳光誠一家的境況，兌現人權承諾。
