阿富汗北部發生一起煤礦塌方事故,造成至少27人死亡,20多人受傷。12名被困在井下的礦工全部獲救。這是阿富汗薩曼甘省(Samangan)官方公佈的訊息。阿富汗在經歷十多年的戰爭後,希望大力發展礦山事業振興經濟的發展。但該國動蕩的局勢以及反叛力量的不斷侵襲常常使投資者望而卻步。礦山本身也因缺乏安全標準而事故頻發。此外,礦山使用童工現象也屢禁不止。
