四川阿壩20歲尼姑自焚流亡藏人回應

10月17日，四川阿壩藏區一名20歲的尼姑丹增旺姆自焚身亡。這是今年3月以來第10位自焚的藏人僧侶、尼姑和前僧侶。德國之聲就此採訪了達賴喇嘛辦公室秘書才嘉和藏人行政中央發言人圖旦桑佩。
