W Rumunii w roku 2013 wytoczono proces Aleksandru Visinescu. Były komendant więzienia w Ramnicu Sarat wsławił się w latach 1956-64 niesłychanym okrucieństwem. U byłych więźniów wciąż budził makabryczne wspomnienia.
