À la carte: Salzburger Nockerln

We're at the Goldene Hirsch Restaurant in Salzburg to see Chef Gernot Hicka prepare a city specialty: Salzburg dumplings, known locally as Salzburger nockerln. It's a delicious mix of eggs, sugar, caramel and more. Last year the restaurant won a Gault Millau chef's toque for excellent cuisine.
