Zimbabwe can't afford to deport - or release - foreign prisoners

In Zimbabwe, rights group Amnesty International has expressed concern over the African nation's failure to release foreigners who have completed their prison sentences. The cash-strapped Zimbabwean government says it is simply unable to pay for their deportation. Columbus Mavhunga, DW's correspondent in Harare, has been to one of Zimbabwe prisons and filed this report.
