German officials believe they are just scratching the surface of a countrywide tax evasion scheme. Yesterday's arrest of Deutsche Post chief, Klaus Zumwinkel, revealed a broad system of tax evasion that officials say could involve hundreds of German residents. Zumwinkel has been charged with evading some 1- Mmillion Euros in taxes.
