Using a gas pipeline as leverage

Russia wants to exclude Ukraine from gas supplies and has brought the Yamal pipeline via Poland to a standstill. Moscow alleged the pipeline was defective, and no more gas arrived at the Polish-German border. That is bad for companies in the region.
