WorldLink: Young black model fights racism in South Korea

A decade ago, textbooks in South Korea praised the people’s “pure blood” and some took pride in this supposed racial homogeneity. But, immigration is changing that notion and by 2020 around 300-thousand Koreans will claim multicultural heritage. One of them is a teenager and model Han Hyun-min and he’s challenging the idea of what it means to look Korean - both on the catwalk and beyond.
