Free pads and tampons for New Zealand's women

Essential sanitary products like pads and tampons remain too expensive for some women and girls. Foregoing period protection often means missing school or work, so New Zealand has decided to make them free in a bid to tackle period poverty. Lena Bodewein reports on what this measure means.
