India's capital New-Delhi has a structural water shortage of 750 million litres a day. One out of four of Delhi's residents have no water connection at home, while many others have to make do with just a few hours of running water a day. DW reporter Aletta André paid a visit to one of Delhi’s neighbourhoods where residents are struggling to get their share of water.
