World in Progress: Kenya closes refugee camps

The UN and human rights organizations are up in arms against Kenya's decision to close its refugee camps. Kenya hosts more than half a million refugees, mostly from war-torn countries like Somalia and South Sudan. DW spoke to Laetitia Bader, Somalia researcher with Human Rights Watch.
