World in Progress: Jewish Child Refugee

The huge numbers of refugees today are often compared to the millions of people who were displaced by the Nazis and the second world war. Among those who were rescued from the persecution of Jews in Nazi Germany were some 10,000 Jewish children, who were sent to England in 1938. Most of them never saw their parents again. One of these children was Martin Lubowski.
