World in Progress: Aocial media kindles conflict in Israel

Both Israelis and Palestininans are using social media to disseminate their views, but increasingly also to polarize, recruiting people to more and more radical positions. Videos and messages on new attacks, as well as propaganda can be shared instantaneously on smartphones. And instead of serving to inform, these messages actully often fuel more hatred between people on both sides.
