Haiti's inhabitants have to cope with ongoing political and economic crises. Political chaos has exacerbated the impact of a drought in the poorest country in Latin America. The millions of euros in foreign aid that poured into Haiti after the devastating earthquake in 2010 have had little lasting impact.
