World in Progress: Countering Romania's brain drain

For Romania, brain drain is a huge strain. A young elite of qualified workers is sorely missed – in Romanian hospitals, in business and even in politics. Now, a new foundation is trying to encourage Romania's brightest and best to come home. It’s headed by two young Romanians who themselves lived abroad until recently.
