'Conditions are appalling' for North Korean workers

North Korean workers are sent abroad and the North Korean regime pockets huge sums of their salaries. DW spoke to Greg Scarlatoiu who's done extensive research on North Korea. He's the Executive Director of the Committee for Human Rights in North Korea (HRNK) based in Washington DC.
