Will unique Picasso murals fall victim to Norwegian mass killer Anders Behring Breivik?

In Oslo there's debate over what to do with the buildings damaged in the 2011 terror attack by Anders Behring Breivik. Many think they should be demolished. But it's not that easy. Two of the buildings, in the heart of the government quarters, have murals by Picasso. Gabriel Borrud talks to the State Secretary of the Norwegian Environment Ministry, Ellen Øseth, about the issue.
