Ireland's Taoiseach or Prime Minister, Enda Kenny, has announced a major state inquiry into religious run mother and baby homes after the discovery of a mass grave in Galway containing the remains of almost 800 babies and children. Colm O'Gorman is the Executive Director of Amnesty International Ireland. He joined Emma Wallis on the line from Dublin to talk about the issue.
