Why the EU is concerned about the Scotland vote

In Brussels the prospect of Scottish independence has become a political and legal minefield. For most of the campaign EU leaders have said close to nothing about the referendum, other than to say it's a purely domestic issue for the UK. But the EU’s reluctance to speculate is feeding uncertainty over the institutional challenges which lie ahead. James Panichi reports from Brussels.
