Across Africa, nearly 7 million children are on the move, uprooted by conflicts or natural phenomena, according to the United Nations children body UNICEF. UNICEF has been pushing global leaders to hear the plights of these kids and is making use of 19 year-old Muzoon Almellehan, a Syrian refugee, to make their case heard.
