Uganda: “It is a dirty job, but it pays”

Meet Arthur Lubega from Uganda. He's a musician and university graduate. Unlike many young unemployed Ugandans, he found his own way to success.

Arthur Lubega works as a brickmaker. He does what many regard as a “dirty job”. In 2017, Lubenga graduated in Business Administration from Makerere University. He didn't bother to search for office jobs. Lubega has a good relationship with his co-workers. They want to bring their customers bricks of high quality. Lubega can play the piano, guitar and drums. He set up his own band: “Ntongooli". The musician uses his education, talent and entrepreneurial spirit. To overcome Uganda’s unemployment challenge
