In Turkey, the government is accused of engaging in a growing cyber war against its opponents. The result has been the banning of popular media sites such as You Tube and Twitter. Senior Twitter representatives met this month with Turkish ministers, but as Dorian Jones reports from Istanbul, the cyber war appears to be spreading to cyber attacks on web pages.
