Togo First Team to Arrive for World Cup

With the World Cup only a month away, some of the 32 qualified nations are arriving at their respective bases across Germany with African debutants Togo the first to arrive on May 15. The Togolese Football Federation confirmed that the team would arrive at their base in the south coast city of Wangen next Monday.

Angola, another World Cup debutant, arrive at their base in Celle on May 20. The top nations such as Brazil, Argentina and England are expected to come at a later date as some of their key players are still in action for their respective clubs.

The 64-match World Cup begins on June 9 in Munich and ends a month later in Berlin.
