Tibetan Delegates Will Follow Dalai Lama

Over 500 Tibetan exiles have ended their consultations in the north Indian town of Dharamsala. They met to discuss their future strategy after the failure of negotiations with the Chinese government, splitting up into 15 working groups. Although the conclusions are only formally being presented to the government-in-exile on Saturday, the general inclination is clear.
