The uphill battle to make Prague bicycle-friendly

There are statues and monuments dotted around the Czech capital, Prague, in memory of various notable personalities and momentous events. But a new one appeared this week, and it’s a monument with a difference: It commemorates cyclists who were knocked off their bikes and killed. Rob Cameron has more.
