Traditional versus modern circumcision

In some African cultures, boys must undergo circumcision as a rite of passage to manhood. But botched circumcisions have resulted in deaths. Many argue circumcisions need to be safely performed in modern clinics only. But what do young South Africans or Ugandans think of this process?
