The 77 Percent — Should kids use smartphones at school?

Uganda's education ministry confused the public when it okayed the use of smartphones by students for classwork, only to make a u-turn on the directive less than 24 hours later. The ministry now says the government will implement the use of digital devices after the development of a policy framework. Do you support the use of smartphones by students?
