Is organ donation among Africans a far-fetched reality?

The idea of donating one's organs even after one dies sends shivers down the spines of many people. It's not a common practice, especially among Africans, Even though those organs can save lives. Kidneys, heart, lungs, liver, small bowel, and pancreas are among the organs that can be donated for transplant. So what is holding Africans back from donating? #77Percent
