Video footage reporting to show a chlorine gas attack on a Syrian village has led to accusations from both the government and opposition groups. The group that uploaded the footage to the internet says the attack was carried out by the government, but Syrian state TV blamed Islamists. Chlorine gas was not on the list of chemicals Syria declared to having stockpiled.
