Not only does the price of oil seem to keep rising - so does the price of oil paintings - not to mention other works of art. The Swiss art fair, Art Basel opens today. Experts say some ONE BILLION Euros are likely to change hands at the fair, as the world's financial elite put their money into what is increasing seen as a safe investment.
