Law and order officials in Denmark are urging clubs, pubs and other businesses to inform them whether they’re paying blackmail money to protection gangs. The issue has reared its head after a grandmother stood up to a gang which demanded protection money in return for not attacking her bar in a tough Copenhagen neighbourhood.
