South Africa looting affects supplies

Widespread looting across parts of South Africa is affecting fuel supplies, with the nation's largest oil refinery shutting down. Hospitals say they are running low on oxygen and drugs due to supply chain disruptions. More than 70 people have been killed in days of unrest sparked by the jailing of former President Jacob Zuma.
