And now we have another look at Germany's very best chefs. In our series nine times three we're presenting the country's nine chefs honoured with three Michelin stars. Once again we're in Southern Germany, to be precise in Aschau in Bavaria, where Heinz Winkler opened his own restaurant back in the early Nineties. His speciality is game and the menu is enhanced with a wine-list that features a number of fine vintages. So, time to have a look at his unique creations.
