Filip Vuska is known as the king of complaints. He's filed more than 11,000 with the Belgrade authorities over the past seven years, and he encourages others to be active to try and improve things. As a result of his initatives, more than 2,600 trees have been planted, hundreds of sewage pipes cleaned and street lights repaired. Karla Engelhard's report is presented by Sarah Steffen.
