Serbia — often considered an ally of Russia — has hosted a major NATO disaster relief exercise. Feelings about NATO still run high in Serbia, almost 20 years after the capital Belgrade was destroyed during the Kosovo conflict. Now the country's president says it's time for a more "rational" approach towards the alliance. Guy De Launey spoke to him, and NATO's secretary general, Jens Stoltenberg.
