Called “The Emerald Isle,” the Caribbean island of Montserrat is just a few miles southwest of Antigua. The island has repeatedly been hit by catastrophe over the past few decades, such as by Hurricane Hugo in 1989 and a number of major volcanic eruptions more recently. How has the island dealt with this - and how are the people recovering?
