In the midst of the country's bloody civil war, Baladna FM tries to give Syrians hope. Working for the online station is no easy task though since Syria blocks the broadcast - and some of the reporters have been arrested because of their work. The radio station has also repeatedly come under attack by those who back Bashar Assad's regime.
