Putin thanks Russian troops for 'preventing a civil war'

While Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko confirmed that the head of the Wagner group Yevgeny Prigozhin had arrived in Belarus, Russian President Vladimir Putin was seeking to reassert his authority.
