There are still 36.9 million people living with HIV globally and about 2 million new infections a year. Overall rates might be declining but amongst young people in some parts of the world they are still climbing. On today's show, we take a whistle-stop tour of the globe to mark World Aids day and examine the situations of young people and aids in four regions of the world.
