Refugees by their very nature of being displaced are already going to be different from most of the people in their host country. For Iraqi Christian refugees, fleeing IS, standing out is something they've grown up with. But one of their number, a 13 year old called Fadi, stands out even in his own community, because he's got a talent for painting Christian religious icons.
