"Puccini on Ice" in Arlberg - euromaxx, 26.01.2008

Hello from Berlin and welcome to today's show. The Bregenz summer festival in Austria is renowned for stunning opera shows on a floating stage on Lake Constance. And five years ago they created a winter program called "Festival on the Snow" - 100 k-I-lometeres southeast from Bregenz in the mountains. The freezing winter temperatures are not only a challenge for the audience, but even more for the singers and their sensitive vocal cords. Euromaxx went to see this year's show called "Puccini on Ice".
