Eremitentum gehört zu den ältesten Formen gottgeweihten Lebens und ist wohl die früheste Form des christlichen Mönchtums in Europa. Nicht jeder möchte Eremit werden, aber einmal ganz aussteigen, in eine heile Welt verschwinden, davon träumen viele.

Krzysztof has been living in a national park in Poland since leaving Warsaw 20 years ago. He now has the flora and fauna of the forest for his friends - and lives a life without luxury, and where conventional calendars are irrelevant. The happy hermit sees it as his mission to introduce this fascinating lifestyle to people from the big city.
