Noise pollution in Copenhagen

Residents of Copenhagen living near construction sites for the city’s new metro line have won a significant victory in a battle to prove that freedom from noise pollution is a human right. The ruling has left the city council struggling to pacify thousands of angry residents as well as trying to complete the project on time and not run over budget. From Copenhagen Malcolm Brabant reports.
