Community radio stations are a vital form of support and information. Mozambique is one of the world's least developed countries, and it faces huge challenges in spreading awareness about issues like HIV, malaria and cervical cancer to young people. In rural areas, literacy levels are low, most people don't have access to the internet or a TV and that's where community radio comes in.
